1. For returns due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. We recommend you to capture an unboxing video so that it can act as an evidence to resolve the above claims.
2. Refunds are made once we receive and inspect the damaged or incorrect item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. For late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your debit/credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@oneeleven.in.
4. For exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@oneeleven.in.
5. For Shipping Returns to return your product, mail it to: info@oneeleven.in. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to incorrect order processing or damaged goods. We recommend you to capture an unboxing video so that it can act as an evidence to resolve the above claims.
6. For orders placed with Partial COD (₹99 advance), the partial payment is non-refundable once the product is shipped from our warehouse. This amount helps cover logistics and order processing costs.
If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, the ₹99 will be refunded in full.
