1. Returns Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the damaged or incorrect item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@oneeleven.com.
4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@oneeleven.com.
