1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Damages One Eleven is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

5. International Shipping Policy Currently, we ship only within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.

6. Returns As stated in our Refund Policy, returns are only accepted in case of a damaged or incorrect product. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.
